You will need... -Bottle(2ltr) -Carrier bag -Tin foil -Pin -Scissiors -Selotape -Lighter -Dope First things first... Ok, the lung, take the bottle and cut the bottom bobbly bit off so that the bottle stands flat, then get your carrier bag (any brand-although it is rumored tesco bags get you more blazed, lol) and tape the open end tightly round the bottle end, secure it very tightly so as not to let any smoke escape, then stuff the bag up into the bottle so that the bag goes to the top of the bottle, now take the bottle top off and put tin foil over the top of the open bottle to make a screen, poking holes in the foil with a pin, I once made a bail, where I cut the middle out of the bottle cap and put tin foil over the hole and taped it, then all I had to do was to simply screw the bottle cap onto the bottle and I could use it just like a gauze, other things that work well are ratchets. Back to the lung, after you have poked holes in the foil and it is on the bottle securely you can begin using it. Now to use... Its really very simple, you burn the dope on top of the gauze and as you do this you slowly pull the bag down from inside the bottle- as you do this it draws the smoke through to the chamber and into the bag, keep pulling steadily until the bag is stretched out the bottle. Remove the gauze from the bottle and suck in all the smoke, the bag will get sucked back into the bottle ready for the next toker. Enjoy!

Althought you dont have as much freedom to modify lungs as you do with bongs, you can still alter them. my mates Rob and Tom use a ratchet for their gauze which is excellent and they pushed the top part of the plastic bottle inwards so that it is easier to use.
